All accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be included in ICNGN Conference Proceedings which will be submitted to IEEE Xplore. The proceedings will be reviewed by the IEEE Conference Publication Program for IEEE Xplore, Ei Compendex and Scopus. We are soliciting original papers describing the state-of-the-art research and development in the areas of intelligent computing and next generation networks.
