IECC 2024 information 1. IECC 2024 is supported by Singapore Institute of Electronics, Feng Chia University, China and some other universities and Societies. 2. Accepted papers will be published in the ACM International Conference Proceedings (ISBN: 979-8-4007-1759-8), which will be indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus. IECC 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023 papers have been indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus. 3. Prof. Isao Echizen from National Institute of Informatics in Japan and Prof. Maode Ma from Qatar University in Qatar will be the keynote speakers.
