The new edition of the European Congress on Intrapartum Care which will be held in Turin, Italy on 2019 will specifically focus on setting the scene of birth in Europe, women-centered care, induction and augmentation of labor, labor in specific situations, intrapartum clinical targets, intrapartum care, maternal morbidities and mortality, and improving organization and teamwork in labor care. ECIC 2019 is jointly organized by the European Association of Perinatal Medicine and the European Midwives Association.
