Description

2026 6th International Conference on Control Theory and Applications (ICoCTA 2026) will be held in Qingdao, China during October 23-25, 2026. It is organized by Shandong University of Science and Technology. Control theory and engineering have witnessed dramatic achievements, which have made possible space travel and communication satellites, have assisted in the design of safe and efficient aircraft, ships, trains and cars, and have helped in developing cleaner chemical processes while addressing environmental concerns. Control technology constantly improves the quality of human life, as a driver of technological progress and society industrialization. Nowadays, control is more secure and more exciting than it was. The subject now seems to be morphing into the wider and more general topic of systems engineering and control, especially accompanied by emerging new technologies such as AI, 5G, edge computing etc. The topic of control theory and applications is still therefore wide open and will expand, with even greater challenges. 2026 6th International Conference on Control Theory and Applications (ICoCTA 2026) aims to bring together researchers, engineers, scientists and industry professionals in a single platform and present their stimulating research and knowledge transfer ideas in Control Theory and Applications.
