We invite you to submit your original research and contributions through our Call for Papers. Share your insights, discoveries, and innovations that align with the conference theme.To submit a paper, please follow these steps:

  • Track Selection: Begin by reading through the track calls provided below and choose the track that best aligns with the topic of your paper.
  • Guidance for Track Selection: If you find it challenging to determine the most suitable track for your research, you are encouraged to seek assistance. Email the corresponding person with your paper title and a draft of your manuscript at conference@expertsaer.com for guidance.
  • Submission Process: Authors are required to submit their papers electronically. This can be done through the conference system using the online submission form.
  • Alternative Submission: If you prefer, you can also submit your paper via email to conference@expertsaer.com.
  • Submission Guidelines: It is imperative that all submitted papers strictly adhere to the provided paper submission guidelines.

INVITATION TO JOIN AS REVIEWERS & SESSION CHAIRS ACROSS ALL FIELDS

We extend a warm invitation for voluntary participation as reviewers and session chairs in the upcoming conference. Your valuable contribution will be duly acknowledged through a certificate issued by the Experts of Academic Research & Excellence Training & Development Wing.We are seeking individuals to participate in the review process and chair sessions for the following tracks:

If you are interested in contributing to any specific track or have expertise in multiple areas, we welcome your involvement.Scholars willing to serve as reviewers and session moderators are requested to express their interest by sending an email to conference@expertsaer.com, specifying their area of expertise. In appreciation of this voluntary service, all reviewers and session moderators will receive a certificate of appreciation from the TECH 2025 secretariat.

GUIDELINES FOR SESSION CHAIRSAs session chairs, your responsibilities include:

  • Checking the conference schedule for your session details.
  • Ensuring your availability at the assigned room at least 5-10 minutes before the session begins.
  • Motivating presenters to share their knowledge and fostering an intellectual discussion.
  • Briefly sharing your own knowledge, research, or observations if time permits.
  • Making attendance of presenters, announcing their names and paper titles, and managing the allocated presentation time.
  • Concluding the session on time and announcing the Best Session Paper as decided by reviewers.
  • Deciding the “Best Presenter of Session” and filling out the evaluation form.
  • Distributing certificates of presentation and expressing gratitude to presenters and participants.

PLAGIARISM POLICYIn adherence to the plagiarism policy of TECH-2026, all full papers undergoing consideration for publication in the proceedings will undergo a plagiarism check using the “TURNITIN” software. The acceptable level of similarity index is set at 20%. Irrespective of the initial acceptance of the abstract, full papers exceeding the 20% similarity index will not be published in the online full paper proceedings.Authors are collectively and individually accountable for the content of papers published by TECH-2026. Therefore, it is imperative for each author to ensure that papers submitted to TECH-2026 comply with ethical standards concerning plagiarism. This policy ensures the integrity of the academic contributions presented at the conference and upholds the principles of originality and scholarly rigor.
