————INTRODUTION———— The International Conference on Optics and Communication Technology (ICOCT 2021) will be held in Nanjing on August 6, 2021. The conference will focus on the latest research in "optical", "communication technology" and other related fields. 2. Papers should be original, written in English, non-pure review articles, and the full text should be submitted for review.

3. Please download the template from the conference website for typesetting. After typesetting, the paper should be no less than 4 pages.

4. Authors can participate in the conference free of charge. Please go to the registration system after registration.
