Publication： Accepted papers of VSIP 2019 will be published into International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM (ISBN: 978-1-4503-7148-3), which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library and submitted for index by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.

*Submission Confirmation: The submission will be confirmed immediately by the submission system. The conference secretary will assign a Paper ID to the submission from vsip@iacsit.net within two working days. To ensure receipt of all correspondence from the conference, please add vsip@iacsit.net as acceptable emails to receive.

*Academic Ethics: Only works that have not been previously published or submitted in parallel to other conferences or journals will be considered by VSIP. Besides, ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

*Review and Notification: The submissions will be subject to a double-blind peer review based on originality, contributions, presentation, relevance to conference, etc. For acceptance or rejection, the authors will receive the result from vsip@iacsit.net by the notification date.
